How can I be 100 percent sure that your SMTP service will work on my laptop or iPhone? On how many systems and devices have you tried it?

How long will it take me to configure my laptop using your SMTP servers?

Probably less than two minutes. Our technicians will assist you, but you probably won't even have to contact our support desk since the technical explanations we send you are so easy to follow, even if you're not a 'tech geek'. It's as simple as replacing your current SMTP server and replacing it with ours. You then simply add the user ID and password we provided you with and then you're good to go.


You say we can send attachments as big as 60 megs in size? I find that hard to believe. My ISP has a very strict limit of 5 megs maximum on attachments.

Believe it, it's 100 percent true! We wouldn't guarantee it otherwise. The answer is very simple. We have many SMTP servers located throughout our many data centers. Most IPSs today have one or two (at best) SMTP servers and they want to make sure that their users don't bog them down at peak times of the day. But we don't work that way. So when you use our service, it's always fast, secure and your emails will reach their destinations within a few seconds. In the case of a 60 megs file attachement, it should reach your destination in roughly 2 minutes if you're connected to a high-speed or broadband connection.


How long does it take to get my user ID and password once I've signed up for the service?

From Monday through Friday, from 7.00 AM EST to 5.00 PM EST, less than an hour. If your oder was placed after that, you will get it the following day. Our offices are open seven days a week, from 7.00 AM EST to 5.00 PM EST.


Can I cancel at any time? Is there any cancellation fee?

You can cancel your SMTP service at any time, and no there are *NO* cancellation fee or penalty!


Do I need to sign a contract or SLA (service level agreement)?

No. There are *NO* contracts to sign or no SLA! You just sign up and pay for the service and you can start using it right away!


How can I pay for the service?

We accept Interact payments from your bank. You can also pay online if you wish. We accept secure PayPal payments. We also accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards over the phone. We also take corporate and personal checks. You can also send a Western Union transfer of cash as well.
